For those of you who are unaware, Weezy F’s Rebirth album was officially released today. It really isn’t as bad as I anticipated to be completely honest. It’s pretty crazy/scary that Wayne can get away with this by just making up his own style of rock that is viewed as super unconventional. The underlying success to the album is the list of producers involved including Tha Bizness, Cool & Dre, J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League and many others. Don’t get me wrong, there are a few terrible tracks (the price is wrong) but in its entirety it exceeded my expectations (which were set at an all time low).
