If you happened to have 35 minutes to spare and want to see some WEIRD stuff then watch this video. This Kanye West masterpiece shows flashes of brilliance as well as lunacy. The premise of the short film is that Ye rescues a phoenix played by lingerie model Selita Ebanks who falls down from the cosmos. She is rejected for her differences while on earth is eventually torn away from West and returns to her own realm. The acting is horrendously corny and you would definitely expect better from Yeezy. A part of me just feels like he just put together all the random shit he could think of in to this wild compilation. On the other hand all of the music is fantastic and will be on his My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy album dropping November 22nd.

The beginning of this track could easily be mistaken as a T-Pain track. However, it is Kanye despite the fact it is not Friday. The auto-tune lightens up a bit and Yeezy delivers some 808′s flow. The sermon gets ridiculous at the end, but never surprising coming from the homie. This is the song that he previewed for the good people over at Facebook. The big question is whether or not it will make the cut for the album. My guess is NOT!

Wow. This was an epic performance to top off the 2010 Video Music Awards. There had been a ton of hype around this performance, rightfully so, and G.O.O.D. Music most definitely delivered. Not only did Justin Bieber win best new artist over Drake, but Taylor Swift performed a song that Yeezy wrote for her. We should have the CD quality version of this song within 24 hours, so check back soon!
